Please read this page carefully as it explains very important aspects of our repair policies
You will have three weeks from the time we contact you and give you a repair quote to decide whether to repair or not. If we do not hear from you within this three week period, we will consider your equipment abandoned and we will dispose of it as we see fit. We believe three weeks are more than enough time to make an informed decision.
Once your item is repaired, we will make every effort to contact you. This will include contacting you by phone, email and text messages. We will continue trying to contact you for 30 days from the time your equipment is ready If we are unable to reach you, or if you do not pick up or pay for your repaired equipment within 30 days from the day we leave you a message or email you, we will consider your equipment abandoned and we will dispose of it as we see fit.
If you are having personal, family or money issues, it is very important that you contact us and request for additional storage time We never say NO to such requests- but you must let us know about these things.
If you will not be able to pick up your equipment for an extended period of time, please let us know so we can work out something. The only thing you should never do is ignore our messages and then come back after a year and ask for your equipment. It will not be here !
