A beautiful new hand gaming console from Nintendo !! But wait : How long have you had it ? Believe it or not, this very beautiful gadget too has its own set of problems. Yes, if you use it gently and take good care of it, it will function flawlessly for a long time. But when you are in the heat of playing it, who cares about joy sticks and buttons. Right ? Still, fixing it makes very good financial sense. most of the time repair cost is much less than even half the price of a new one.
We are very familiar with the most common issues plaguing it, like Joy-con issues, screen damage, charging port/dock connector problems. By the way, please do not attempt to fix the charge port on your Nintendo Switch. Replacing this C- Type connector is very difficult. You most likely will ruin your console if you attempt this repair. We receive units from customers who tried to fix it with good intentions to save money. The result was a disaster ! Please do not take this chance.
Our professional repairs come with a warranty for your peace of mind. We stock many parts for this console so we do the repair pretty quickly. If we must order the part, repair will take a bit longer. Rest assured we will do our best to fix it and return it quickly so you can go back to playing it and have a great time.
The USB charging port:
We are able to replace the charging port if it is loose or damaged. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you if the circuit traces under the USB are damaged. This unit uses the C type charging port. This type has a lot more pins than the usual mini or micro USB and half of these pins are buried under the USB and can not be accessed so that any alternate repair methods that work on other models can not be applied here. Only a visual inspection after we open up the unit can determine if a USB repair is possible.
